How to Access Your HighFi Customer Dashboard

Getting into the portal takes four simple steps.

2️⃣ Enter your registered email address and password

3️⃣ Click the “Sign In” button

4️⃣ You will be redirected to your personal dashboard once login is successful

First-Time Login: How to Set Your Password

If this is your first time using the HighFi Customer Portal, you will need to set a password before signing in. This is done through the “Forgot Password” flow, which also works if you ever need to reset a password later on.

3️⃣ Check your inbox for an email from HighFi and click the reset password link inside it

Viewing Your Dashboard

You can use the Bill No Filter to quickly search for a specific invoice, or filter by subscription if you manage more than one HighFi line under the same account.
